Do you own a 4x4 and would be willing to help with the community in adverse weather conditions?

The Parish Council, as part of its Winter Management Plan is looking to compile a list of volunteers prepared to turn out in a 4x4 to help move residents to safety, for example to help deliver supplies to isolated residents who are otherwise safe in their homes, and in the absence of emergency services or hospital transport to drive residents to and from hospital or urgent medical appointments.
